RedRat Control
Control PC applications such as media players, presentation programs using a remote control. Also supports the output of IR signals from other applications, such as web servers, PVR applications (e.g. GB-PVR, ShowShifter) etc.
Installing RedRat Control
- Download the RedRatControl_V2.23.zip file containing the installer.
- Unpack the file in a temporary directory.
- Click on setup.exe to start the installation, which will install it in a "RedRat" folder in the applications directory.
- You need to have the Signal DB Utility installed, version 1.17 or later.
Using RedRat Control
Drag IR signals or remotes from the signal DB utility and drop them in the main
RedRatControl window. Simply click on each signal to associate it with
an action, for example a key press.
