Find out about our new range of RF remote control testing products at IBC Amsterdam

We’re officially launching the new version of our proven set top box testing and control product (irNetBox) at IBC taking place at the RAI, Amsterdam from 9-13 September.

We can be found in Hall 11 on stand number B30f.

We’ve also introduced an evaluation kit for our new RF4CE and Bluetooth product range, so set top box vendors and manufacturers can experiment with RF testing and automation before moving to mixed or totally RF-based testing environments.

The new irNetBox-IV comprises a number of new features, including a built-in OLED display, which is used when configuring the device. It can also display client-specific testing information, such as the type, frequency or duration of tests being conducted.

Other features include

  • Power over Ethernet (PoE) support and extended API capabilities
  • More robust and powerful IR LED driver circuitry
  • On-board real-time clock (RTC)
  • Extended APIs for more flexible use, including web pages and protocols
  • Expansion header for our newly developed RF module (currently RF4CE or Bluetooth)

If you’re planning to attend the event, then come and see us for a full product demonstration. If you’re not able to attend but would like to know more about our new product range or become involved in our development programme, then drop us a line. We’re already taking pre orders for irNetBox-IV so please contact us if you are interested in being one of the first to get your hands on the latest RedRat product.

We look forward to seeing you there
